Model Railroad Open Houses

Have a model railroad within 60 minutes of Huntingdon that you would be willing to share? Saturday evening and Sunday time slots are available. Please contact the Open Houses coordinator on the Contacts page.

Unfortunately, we were not able to secure any model railroads for open houses for 2023 so we have added two clinic slots for Saturday evening.

Open Houses

Broad Top Area Coal Miners Museum (704 South Main Street, Robertsdale PA 16674) -- Will be open on Sunday morning from 9 a.m. until noon. Transportation on your own.

Friends of the East Broad Top Museum (550 South Main St, Robertsdale, PA 16674) -- Will be open on Sunday morning from 9 a.m. until noon. Transportation on your own.

Excursions

East Broad Top Railroad (421 Meadow Street, Rockhill Furnace PA 17249) -- Excursion at 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Transportation and cost on your own. Ticket information will be e-mailed to attendees as their registration is received. Reservations must be placed by June 20th.
